Kaye worked with the real estate developer and us on a renovated unit that wasn't typical and was very patient through the ordeal to figure out whether it would work for us. She gave us all the information we needed and understood our first-time buyer anxiety. In the end, we unfortunately didn't get the home, but that was because we made the decision after our situation changed in the midst of the process. Kaye was very polite even after we told her that we were pulling out of the agreement. Kaye didn't press too hard to figure out how to put us in just any home. She wanted to match the buyers with a great home for what they can afford.
