Randomly submitted a question on Redfin and Joel sent a text back within a couple minutes and a call shortly after that. Answered some questions about possibly buying something and then after many changes on type of property/location, was still there at the end. Many props to Joel for knowing and being familiar with the local scene and being able to understand and help us along with our seemingly luckless search for the first month or so, but finally finding a place we didn't even anticipate being able to get with a VA loan. Thanks!
