Andrew was very professional and was very good at communicating what was going on throughout the whole process. He gave us tips on how to improve our marketing, showings, etc. and never made us feel like we were bothering him with all our questions. He negotiated an offer even after we took the house off the market. Although our closing was delayed for almost 2 weeks, he continued to contact our buyer’s lender to try and speed up the process. He helped make a stressful situation a lot less stressful by even emphasizing with our personal situation. There wasn’t a time where we felt that he didn’t know what was going on with the sale and details of our home even though it is considered a “small” sale in contrast to many expensive homes out there.
