Sunny was incredibly helpful to us navigating a simultaneous sell / buy transaction. I wasn’t sure we could accomplish both at the same time but she assured us it can be done and she has the expertise to show us the way. Sunny provided helpful suggestions along the way to make both transactions seamless and fair to all parties involved. She exceeded our expectations in communication, available days nights weekends to answer our questions. She helped us find various contractors, lenders, stagers, movers, title etc, all critical in helping us close our deals, but always as a friendly suggestion and never forcing any of her contacts on us.
