When you get a Realtor you don’t expect to become friends but Susan has a warm and friendly personality and was very Likable from the moment I met her. She Walked me through every aspect of the homebuying process as well as helping me with downloading and PDF files and Docusign. She was like my teacher. When it came to all things Technical. She was always available and got back to me expediently whenever I reached out to her. Just an all-around excellent experience working with Susan. Unfortunately the first two homes I tried to purchase fell through. But Susan did not give up. She stuck with me for over a year and a half helping me find my next home (as I lost mine in hurricane Ian)so it meant the world to me and like I said I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor who ended up being more like a friend, especially during those trying times When things fell through, she always encouraged me that we would find something. Turns out even better than I thought it would. I ended up in a condo where I feel much safer As I was in a mobile home She not only helped me with searching and finding a home, but also made it very easy with getting it inspected and also getting insurance for myself. She has some wonderful connections. She always had a positive attitude and a friendly. Demeanor, and she gets the job done !!!!

She was the perfect person that I needed to represent me being from Arizona. Her communication was clear and friendly, she was always very prompt to respond and explained her answers to my questions professionally.
