Working with Raven was great. She is very patient and very responsive. I don't think it ever took here more than an hour to reply one of my e-mails with questions or requests for pre-qualification letters. Her earlier estimates matched very well with the final costs for closing and monthly payments. She is also very knowledgeable and would answer all my questions very thoroughly.

Raven Johnson is undoubtedly the most exceptional lender I've had the opportunity to work with. She's a total professional and makes the end to end experience of getting a loan approval quick, stress-free, and easy. She's incredibly effective using modern technology and is able to turn around responses at light speed. My only complaint is that she is in the Texas area because I'd love the potential to work with her for any future home in any city. This is a no brainer- i wouldn't go to anyone else for any future home loan.

We were referred to some lenders last fall when we needed pre-certification for our Redfin tours and selected Raven after meeting her by phone. She was inviting and accommodating, providing us with very clear guidelines about what she needed from us and how the process would go. When we met with her and dropped off our financial information, everything felt very comfortable and we were quite happy with our decision to work with her. Each time we returned for additional tours over 8 months, we provided minor updates and were re-certified. Once we found the property we were looking for, we had the choice to look for other lenders. The rate and terms provided by Raven were so good that when added to the great relationship we had with her, there was no point in looking further. As we approached closing, she planned ahead so everything went like clockwork, even when she was away on an international trip. At closing, which was near the end of the day, she was at the helm in constant contact with our broker and title agent to ensure funding was not delayed so we could take possession of the property immediately. And we did. We would work with her again, and highly recommend her.

Raven was terrific to work with, and was so helpful to us in buying our new home. As a self employed home buyer, there was a ton of paperwork and documentation required on my end, and Raven was able to easily compile and track everything I needed to get us to and through closing. She was fantastic to work with every step of the way!

Raven was simply awesome. My wife lost her job 4 days before closing and Raven was able to reshuffle our paperwork and get us qualified on my income alone. She was also very accessible whenever we had questions and was great at sending us reminders when we needed to get something done.
