HHDR
Historic High Density Residential District
The historic high density residential district HHDR is established to implement comprehensive plan policies for areas designated HHDR on the comprehensive plan future land use map. The HHDR district shall accommodate historic high density residential development for permanent residents, including single-family, duplex, and multiple-family residential structures.
