00000 S Brownlee Rd, Turon, KS 67583

Located just 2 miles north of Turon, this 155 +/- acre Reno County hunting farm has everything you look for in a great Kansas whitetail property. Surrounded by irrigated farmland, this farm offers excellent bedding cover, mature timber, native grasses, rolling hills, and water sources that help hold wildlife close. A pond near the center of the property has a well nearby, while a low-lying area on the west end holds water after rains and offers potential waterfowl hunting. The mature timber on the south end provides great deer bedding habitat and turkey roosting areas. Pipeline openings through the timber create natural travel corridors and great blind locations. With Class III soils on the majority of the farm, there is excellent potential to develop food plots near bedding areas. Road frontage on the north and east sides provides multiple access options. The property is fully fenced and cross fenced, with electricity available along the road and potential for a hunting cabin. A horizontal oil and gas well provides some income. Trail cameras are currently capturing nice bucks and plenty of turkeys! Located just 38 miles from Hutchinson and 26 miles from Pratt. Contact the listing agent to schedule a showing.
