About this home
This completely renovate 1200+ sq ft 4 bedroom farm home is located on 3+ acres. This home was fully permitted and seller replaced roof, windows, water heater and redesigned interior from the studs up. Main level features an owner suite with a full bath, a great room, and a gourmet kitchen with all new appliances. There is new luxury vinyl plank throughout. The second floor has three additional bedrooms with built-in beds. A full bath services these bedrooms. Home is equipped with mounted TVs in all bedrooms and the great room. The lot is wooded and has a detached shed, a garage and a carport. The front yard is sloped with the house perched off the roadway with a great usable rear yard to make this property sustainable. Well and septic are certified and ready to go.
3 Bedroom, 1 Bath home on attractive 3 acres. Many possibilities; the home is currently livable, but would certainly be a candidate for an extensive renovation or complete teardown and replacement. It sits on the high point of the lot, presenting the best views and drainage away from the house in all directions. A bonus (?) is the vintage Baltimore city bus on the property, which may be suitable as a potting shed or who knows what? The property is sold strictly As Is.

Agricultural Conservation Zone
The Agricultural Conservation Zone provides a full range of agricultural and farming activities, protects these established uses from encroaching development which might adversely affect the agricultural economy of the County and encourages the right to farm in the County without undue burden on the landowner. The zone is to prevent premature urbanization in areas where public utilities, roads and other public facilities are planned to meet exclusively rural needs and where present public programs do not propose public facility improvements suitable for development at higher densities. This zone provides for certain agriculture-related commercial and industrial uses with special conditions. Such uses are to accommodate flexibility in the use of lands by those persons or organizations that pursue agriculture activities and/or earn their income from agriculture when these uses are not in conflict with the protection of farmland and support protection of the farm economy. The zone protects existing natural resources and scenic values and provides limitations on residential development and encroachment in these areas dominated by agricultural uses. In addition, the zone assists in the implementation of the County's Transferable Development Rights (TDR) Program by providing an appropriate zone to be designated as a sending area.
