$8,900 — INVESTOR / RENOVATION OPPORTUNITY! At this price, we’re not going to pretend this one just needs a little paint and flooring. A renovation was started and not completed, and this turn-of-the-century home is currently in rough condition and will require extensive renovation before occupancy. But at just $8,900, there is opportunity here for the buyer who knows exactly what they’re taking on. The property sits on approximately . 34 acre and includes a newer metal roof, a poured concrete pad ready for a future garage, an original stone well (water quality and usability unknown/not tested), and a fabulous old stone cellar that remains a wonderful piece of the property’s history. The existing home previously offered a large living room, eat-in kitchen, utility room, bedroom, bathroom and back porch, but buyers should evaluate the current structure and property based on their own plans and due diligence rather than its previous configuration. Whether the vision is an extensive renovation or another plan for the property altogether, it’s hard to ignore the possibilities at a price that’s less than many vacant building lots. Property is being sold strictly AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the condition of the improvements, systems, utilities, well, or suitability of the property for habitation. Buyer to perform all inspections and due diligence desired prior to purchase.
