Bill Egan is a steely-eyed missile man, and did a great job in securing the lending. Guaranteed Rate is the best.

Bill was awesome again. Side note - I made it all the way through making an offer on a previous property, and he was supportive when I cancelled that deal. This time around, when it was clear this was the property for me, he made sure everything went smoothly, from getting the pre-approval specific to this unit, all the way through closing. I can't imagine having gone through this process with another lender/loan officer - he was that great.
