This would be more a review of the entire team working with Neena since I was not always working with her but her associates as well. The mortgage and process to obtain a loan was surely the most confusing part of the home buying process to me. Everything was organized on their end but I felt a little left out during the process. It was a bit difficult working with multiple people and the amount of paperwork that was asked for multiple times, but that might just be the nature of the business. I did appreciate that the work of obtaining funding was done for me and I trusted that everything would go smoothly at closing. It was a good service to use for a first time home buyer.

I am not even sure where to begin with Neena. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I decide to buy a place around thanks giving and closed between Christmas and New Year’s. Everyone that we talked to said it was impossible. Neena and her team perform the impossible. She was available for question night and day seven days a week. There were no issues with closing and everything was clear and effortless through the whole process. I will be working with Neena and her team in future deals. Highly recommend her to anyone but especially first time home buyers!
