She was a huge help in the process answering questions that though were probably better suited for an attorney, she still managed to answer with enough confidence to give us peace of mind. It was nice to see emails with time stamps of 8am and +5pm because it showed she was diligent. We had a small problem towards the approach of the closing date but this was more due to the underwriting team than her but even that she was able to resolve to make sure the closing was done as scheduled.

She is awesome. She has been helping us for over a year. When it was time to do the closing, She is on top of everything we need to complete for the load to go through. Anyone who has bought a house knows how incredible the amount of paperwork that needs to be done in order for the load to get approved. And again because of our busy sched, communicating with us was difficult but she made it easy peezzy for us. She is easily reachable by cell and email day and night and answers in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend her to everyone......no doubt abt it!!!
