This was my third house purchase with Aaron at Capital M Lending and I have zero desire to look elsewhere when looking for a mortgage. I tried another company for this purchase for pre-approval because they promised a lower rate than Capital M. However, right after pre-approval when I started the loan process the rate jumped up. I called Aaron and he said rates hadn't shifted and he kept his promise to the rate he offered the week before for no charge which made me go right back to them. They never lie about closing costs or rates, are very quick to respond, and creative with mortgage options for what works best for you. Highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a house that wants real insight into the process and not just a giant mortgage company that feeds you lies until it's too late to back out.

As first-time home buyers (coming from a different state), the whole process can be very overwhelming largely because of all the unknowns. Aaron called the same day as our email inquiry and by the end of the call I felt so comfortable about the whole home buying adventure that I decided right away he was the lending agent we should work with. I was very impressed that his team handled all of the paperwork from the very beginning—we simply sent them a number of requested documents and everything just fell into place. He provided a very helpful spreadsheet that we could use to calculate the mortgage and closing costs for the houses we were interested in—he also spent as much time as we needed to cover questions we had and to discuss our options. When we found a house, Aaron and his team were there every step of the way to carry us through to the finish-line. They handled everything with escrow, helped us with getting home owner’s insurance set up, arranged a mobile notary—I’m still shocked that we went through this entire process without having to fill out a single form ourselves. Between Aaron’s team and my Redfin agent, the home buying process was smooth and unexpectedly enjoyable.
