if you need a home loan on a new home purchase, do yourself a favor and work with Kory and his team. I have to admit, I was hesitant at first due to Watermark not being local. On my previous home purchase I walked in to a bank and got the loan that way. The Internet has completely changed the lending industry and I will only work with lenders who give me the most competitive rates, lowest fees and white glove service. Kory was able to provide all three and most of all behaved like he sincerely appreciated my business and respected me as the customer. Make sure you have your financial house in order and get the best rates and service through Kory and his team.

Kory Matthys of watermark capital out of Irvine was great. Everything was submitted via email. We got a 30 year fixed 0 point loan 0.2% below the bankrate 30 year average at the time of the lock with a $1200 origination fee. The mortgage guy I was working with said he wouldn't be able to deliver that loan, but he did in less than 30 days.
