This is my second time buying a home. Stephanie's team was there for it all and so quickly responsive. My first time buying a home, I was left with a few questions as the agents left me out of some explanations with the assumption that everything was being done for my benefit, and that's fine for most people. However, occaionally, I had some more detailed questions and that's where CrossCountry shined. A special thank you to Emily Chapin on this team, who carried us through the initial part of the process with care and patience. We then closed with Courtney Nunez, who was doing the minute-by-minute details of the final closing days. That also went very well, and I'm glad to have worked with this team!
