Oliva McDonald Perry was such a pleasure to work with especially as a first-time home buyer. Anything with various numbers, percentages, estimates, etc. can be overwhelming but Olivia was so patient while explaining many of the things I found complex as a first-time home buyer. She never made me feel like a burden while asking so many questions. It's people like Oliva that made me go with NVR as a lender because she explained the entire process to me. I hope everyone is lucky enough to work with Oliva when working with NVR Mortgage.

They have lots of junk fees that rarely any other lenders have anymore. I went with them because of the lender credit I received for buying a home from Ryan Homes. I was offered $7500 credit with which they were cheaper by about $500 than the next lender with no lender credits at all. I wouldn't recommend NVR mortgage to anyone. If the Ryan Home salesperson offers you lender credits, instead ask for free upgrades or price reduction and go with a different mortgage lender.
