I'm very satisfied with the services Chicago Title Company provided to me and my family during the recent sale of our house. The staff was helpful and they answered my questions in a timely manner.

Kate and Amanda were very responsive to all of our questions (and as first-time home buyers we had a lot of them).

Not great communication and so many mistakes during the transition.

The process was quick and easy. Answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

This was my first home sale and I wasn't too familiar with the process. The title company and especifically Viki did a great job of walking me through the process and even navigated a tricky situation at time of escrow with ease.

Elba agreed to meet for the signing before the office opened so that I could make a flight and the closing could be recorded with the county same-day

Kim was fantastic and talked us through every bit of the paperwork. Couldn't have asked for an easier signing process. :)

Little unorganized and we have to continuously follow up with the escrow company. The final estimates got revised so many times which created a panic situation in our mortgage process.

Beth Becerra was very responsive by email. She accommodated my request to sign at a specific time and day. While signing at Chicago Title, there was an error on my papers and she immediately took action by contacting my lender and other parties to remedy the situation. My sellers missed the signing date, which resulted in them needing a closing date extension, and Beth pursued them to get a signing appointment so we could close on-time on the new date. The mobile notary they hired, Ricky, was extremely knowledgeable too and answered all my questions. Great customer service when I arrived on site also. Their receptionist offered coffee or water on numerous occasions, with a smile!

Everything got done as expected. No complaints.

Diane was great and helped closing very fast. There was lack of communcation/reponse on both phone & email. Also, I haven't recieved copy of my signed documents yet.
