They staff at First Arizona knowledgeable, professional and experienced. They kept me informed every step of the way and are always available when I needed them. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately the home we were supposed to close with First Arizona title fall through the escrow! By that time we already paid our earnest money. When we found a new home we wanted to First Arizona title to wire back the money to the new Title company but they were reluctant to do so. At first they said we do not refund any money to overseas bank, without even asking me they assumed I do not have a US bank. Later when I confirmed I have a US bank still they did not wire back the money. Instead they refunded the money writing a cheque. I found this very stranger because usually a cheque takes longer time to clear than a wire and I thought its typical to do the refund by wire since it was a domestic transfer. I felt their response was less prompt and proactive in times of refund and return. Moreover the total refund could have been a lot faster if they were proactive! I am not sure if I would want to recommend First Arizona to a friend.

First Arizona Title was on top of everything... and there were A LOT of things to be on to of with our sale!
