OSN was a nightmare. When we got closer to closing, there was a slew of communication issues which almost delayed our signing. My agent kept getting confused as the lender, my roommate’s name kept being spelled wrong (both of which kept being pointed out by my agent and me but still kept popping up), documents were dated for the next day, and other such unprofessional things that should definitely not have popped up 72-hours before closing. Mind you, we were informed of having to sign the next day while we were on our way to our scheduled signing appointment. Cherry on top though was being wished “good luck” that our wires would arrive. So unprofessional, all the employees stood way too comfortable while we were both wound up with anxiety and anger. Opendoor needs to work with another company if they keep asking their buyers to cover the closing costs.
