Escrowpoint was great!

Sue and Jan did a great job. At first I was a little skeptical because we did not choose them ourselves; however, after closing escrow, I now can see why our realtor referred us to them. Sue was on top of everything and did an excellent job closing BEFORE schedule (per request).

I would never work with this company again by choice. They do not have good customer service and they are not helpful. They like to blame the customer instead of assisting them.

Do not use Sue Viola at Escrowpoint! You will surely regret it. We had numerous issues with her service. For starters, she is completely unprofessional. She fire drills everything and won't return emails. When she gets information to you it is incorrect. I even called her right at our close and she stated, "I don't have time to talk to you right now". Horrible service and an even more horrible lady. A joke really, and I have no idea why Redfin is even using this individual or company for that matter. You'll pay her and she will do nothing. She doesn't even know how to calculate the property taxes on a settlement statement. She won't execute on her fiduciary responsibility. It's unfortunate people and companies like this exist in the industry. It will take another significant drop in home prices to flush all the Sue Viola's out of the mix from screwing things up as a result of their incompetence. I'm still disputing an incorrect amount I had to pay at settlement that was clearly an error on Sue's part.

Our closing was supposed to be 30 days, we performed and the escrow company and lender bickered quite a bit which almost held up the process for an unreasonable amount of time. They also called each other names in their emails where multiple people were CC'ed which was a little less than professional - I always believe in taking the high road. At the end of they day, they were able to close just a day or two late, but the added stress of the bickering was frustrating.

Sue from Escrowpoint helped us in closing sale of our house and it was a very pleasant experience working with her, she and her team were always on top of things and very professional to work with.
