Worst experience I have ever had with an escrow company and this my third home buying experience. Nadya was absolutely horrible. She sent me illegible and incomplete paperwork to sign and expected me to just "sign away" without reading it. She scheduled us on the wrong day for closing, so I had to take an extra day off of work to sign and she had me sign the "note" in the wrong spot, so my bank had to resend me the paperwork. For a nearly $500k transaction she acted very unprofessional, nonchalant and generally disinterested. I would NEVER recommend this company simply because of Nadya!

Clearly a seasoned team of professionals. They were on top of all the required documents and keep the process moving as document delivery was on a very short schedule. In the end, Progressive Escrow, our loan team, and Redfin agents, Dana in particular, kept our deliverables well ahead of schedule and putting the burden of meeting deadlines on the sellers. If it were my choice, I would recommend Progressive Escrow and Marianne for the Escrow closing officer.
