Not the best in service and consideration. Sent me a bunch of papers to sign and couldn't even provide a return prepaid envelope. I had to remit the documents in person to avoid postal delays.

A completely wrong name was printed on some of the documents they first sent me. Not a typo, but an entirely different first name. Incorrect dates listed as well. The assistant played it off like it wasn't a big deal, but it definitely put up some red flags, and wasn't a reassuring way to start things off. Also, when asked a simple question that an escrow company should know, the same assistant didn't bother asking someone else for the answer, but quickly told me to call the title company myself. Luckily my Redfin agent Rob (who is the best) was able to answer my question. They did not communicate with my lender that important steps had been completed in the process, which I feel caused some delays in our loan process. This was a seller-requested escrow service, so we had no choice but to go along with them. It may have just been a bad experience with one person in the company, however, as things were fairly smooth the rest of the way.

I didn't have any problem with them.
