Some spelling mistakes were made which they blamed on our realtor (even though our names are in our email addresses). Didn’t hear from them or get an intro email for the first week so had to ask them the status of our escrow and prompt them along the way. Yet, they wanted to charge us extra for a “less than 30 day” close? Never seen that before. When asked they said it’s because it’s more work? What? It’s called doing your job. They eventually removed that outrageous fee. Having “professionals” in their name seems a little ironic.

The Escrow Professionals did a great job closing our escrow on time with a minimum of disruption and last minute problems. In fact, we actually closed early thanks to the good service and efficiency of our escrow officer, Genia Ginther and her assistant Gabrielle. Their use of the internet meant I could sign documents from wherever I was at the time. This was really convenient. Many thanks to them!
