Pinnacle Settlement Services did an excellent job with our closing.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted in such a courteous way. The office is as beautiful as the those who work there. Scott and his team made us feel welcomed and relaxed the entire time. It was a fast and easy settlement and everything was explained throughly. We were also provided with an adorable gift at the end of the settlement that we will be sure to use at our new home.

Lack of communication between settlement company and Agents and lender created confusion that caused me headaches and stress that wasn't necessary but at the end they did came through

On the whole Pinnacle Settlement was processional, timely in its communications, and had respectable pricing. They did make an administrative mistake that came to light during closing. They were highly apologetic about the mistake and were quick to fix it issues on the spot. While the issue did not affect our sale since we had a cash offer, I understand that it could have delayed our closing a day or two if the buyer had a mortage loan instead. The issue was not so severe that I would dissuade anyone from using the company, especially since the buyer & their agent did not identify the issue during final pre-closure document review, but it happened and if it had delayed my closing I would less forgiving in my review.

Had a number of hiccups with messing up the amount needed for closing (for a cash settlement so should have been much easier than one with a mortgage) as well as very long delay in returning earnest money after one deal fell through. Not bad experience or anything, just average.

Very courteous and professional, great communication with the lender throughout the process and during closing.

The service was good. However, any changes in the last moment was not communicated. Though the office managed to take care of the paper work and had to wait for 30 minutes for the concerned person to arrive. Overall, the service had been satisfactory.
