The closing was stressful due to confusing paperwork and an agent who was rude and unhelpful. We also had other issues involving transfer of funds which indicated either lack of knowledge or poor communication on the part of staff personnel.
They were prompt, on time and professional however they mentioned the wire transfer would be in by Friday and had to wait to Monday afternoon. I had to ping Ben to verify the status on Friday and over the weekend. They should have disclosed the two business.
They continually made significant errors on the paperwork, did not provide instructions on signing the documents, and did not communicate key information regarding the changes to the closing date or missing paper work from the buyer. The only reason I am giving them a 2 and not a 0 is that they did refund the fees they charged us due to the terrible service.
