It is not safe to switch on a breaker when there is no understanding of why the breaker has been switched off originally. This could start a fire. If asked, we would have been happy to return to the home after the breaker has been returned to operation and tested any items connected to it. Clothes washers and dryers are not built in appliances and are not part of a standard home inspection. We thank you for your feedback.
