Bob Jensen is great. He came out and spent a great amount of time going through every nook and cranny of the house. He explained everything to us in great detail. The information he gave helped us quite a bit in the negotiations. We have come across other inspectors who try to nickel and dime you. They even sell your information to 3rd parties to make money for themselves. Bob is 100% through and through a great inspector who is not about all those questionable practices. I will use Bob again in the near future and recommend him to all my family and friends.
