Tom Island was incredibly responsive and detailed oriented. He was able to fit my home inspection in a very timely fashion. I purchased a new construction, which predictably did not have a lot of issues, but Tom was able to find things to touch up, which he submitted in a very detailed report that included pictures, with arrows. Most notably, Tom was also available for questions that I had regarding the builder's addendum to the touch ups/repairs that Tom suggested. I would definitely recommend Pacific NW Home Inspections.

We had a great experience with Tom. He isn't the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for, and when making one of the biggest investments in your life, it is well worth it to make sure you are getting a home in good condition. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and detailed in his work. After he checked everything out he took the time to really discuss everything with us in great detail and had a lot of good advice and input. I will definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking for a great thorough home inspector.
