He requests that the buyer be present during the inspection and will walk them through the entire house during the inspection, calling out and explaining everything in detail. Because of his background in construction, he has a lot of insight into the typical problems that homes face. The final report was highly detailed with photos; explanations for everything! I would definitely recommend Brad for your next inspection.

We were very happy with Brad. He was thorough and knowledgeable and turned up a few issues that needed our attention, and also pointed out the things that were good about the house. We are experienced renovators/homeowners, and I was actually considering skipping the use of an external inspector. However, I'm glad we used Brad and the experience was worthwhile and much better than some previous experiences we've had with inspectors in other houses we've owned.
