All of the fix requests you made were spot on! The extensive documentation was so comprehensive, it was literally a re-education about often overlooked maintenance and quality care points. This whole process was pure fun and confidence building and I'd recommend you 'to the moon 🌚 and back!'

I immediately liked talking with Chris and his down-to-earth nature being a long-time community member and familiar with the Fall City area. If I were to do this again I probably would have picked someone that didn’t have connections to the area just to make sure I was getting very objective results – I’m not saying that was an issue, just something I thought of later. I personally am probably a tough customer on inspection because I am familiar with building construction as a trained architect which created high expectations. During the inspection he did a great job documenting all the items and this resulted in a report that was very helpful. In hindsight I probably should have asked him to check a few more things (e.g. like gas fireplace, fire up the water heater) – he thought the whole house gas was off but it was on so we could have tested. Overall, I feel I got the value from the inspection and was happy with the result.

We appreciated Chris making the time on short notice to do our inspection. Christ was knowledgeable and made solid recommendations while keeping our objectives in mind.
