I have not had a condo inspection before, and Oaktree exceeded my expectations in how thorough and detailed an inspection could be. I wish I had Oaktree when I bought my first home! They were able to facilitate the inspection seamlessly despite me being out of state and attending via video call. The final inspection report has served as an excellent "punchlist" now that I am living in my new home.

Cody was great--super prompt when I inquired about scheduling a tour, very patient and pleasant while walking us through the things he'd found in the inspection, and helpful in identifying "could do" vs. "must do" items. The inspection report that was sent was very thorough and helpful and we've referred to it several times as we plan home improvements. Pricing seemed in line or a bit less than other inspectors, and we got our inspection back very quickly. We really liked working with Oaktree!
