I was shocked at how educational Lance made the inspection process for us. He explained patiently as we asked any questions while he was conducting his detailed inspection. Would definitely come back for another inspection in the future!

Lance Smith was definitely top notch! All the paperwork was done prior online so he could get going on the inspection at my desired time. During the inspection he explained simple work arounds and repairs that I could easily do that would be able to increase the longevity of my new home. When it came time to scope the sewer main, he ended up having to remove the toilets as it could not be accessed via the roof. Still the same set price for much more work! The report was easy to read and included pictures of necessary items to be repaired and the sewer scope included a video which also listed the depth and length of the main. One of my coworkers already decided to go with Greater Seattle home inspections and he loved his inspection and interactions as well so you know this is the way to go!
