Geoff was extremely thorough, both in his inspection and in his detailed report. We were first time home buyers, and he answered all our questions very patiently and helpfully. Now we know exactly what things need to be fixed and can sleep soundly knowing the rest is in good condition. His services were well worth it!

Geoff's company was one of the inspector recommendations from Redfin, and being fully truthful, he was our second call, after the first had a conflict. We called Geoff on a Friday (the weekend before Thanksgiving) and he was able to come out Sat. morning at 10am. He was a pleasure to work with and very thorough, explaining a lot of the home items, and process as he went. He sent us a report, if I remember correctly, in under 24 hrs and offered his email to ask him questions or if we needed any explanations...true to his word, after we got the house we emailed him a question regarding a quote we got from a contractor...and he emailed back almost immediately. We'd definitely use him again and would recommend him to our friends.

Geoff was great - very personable and knowledgeable. He also had a very reasonable rate. However, there was a delay on the actual report, which was a drawback. Otherwise I would give him a 10.

Sorry, he was nice and knowledgeable but he took almost 6 days to get us our report after we'd paid him on-site. He initially told us we'd get the report the very next day but in the end, it was almost one week in a situation where time was of the essence.
