As an expert, he broke down what he would be concerned about, prioritized recommended efforts upon move in, what he would negotiate before closing and even implications of allowing various findings to go unattended. Very thorough report with pictures and easy to understand explanations. Flexible schedule and quick response. I couldn’t be happier with Matt’s services and would highly recommend him to anyone.
