I have been working with Redfin clients since 2009 and perform hundreds of home inspections every year for buyers in the Washington, DC metro area.

I've inspected one of the oldest residences in the area. I've also inspected homes and properties for diplomats, the State Department, Department of Defense and members of Congress. As a former renovator in the DC area, I've got hands on experience with old homes.

My detailed reports are finished within 24 hours of the inspection and are emailed as a pdf file for clients' use.

Cliff and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable -- almost to the point of obsession! They were accommodating with multiple reschedules as I worked out an inspection time with the seller, and punctual for our appointment. His team looked through the unit with a fine-tooth comb and explained everything they found in detailed but easy-to-understand terms. My inspection report was completed and emailed to me the next day. I was able to use their report to request numerous fixes from the seller I wouldn't have known about otherwise.
