At BK Home Inspections we pride our 99+ satisfaction rating. We work hard to please every client and we are always a phone call away if there is an issue. We strive to provide more than a “decent” report to our clients. The showers and faucets are operated for at least 5 minutes. Any walls, floors, and ceilings that have evidence of water damage is thorough inspection with a moisture meter. If the surface is dry I have to assume there is no issue. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with the home inspection. In the future please don’t hesitate to call me the moment you see an issue
