I had to chase and follow up with Bonnie myself until the last day before closing as she still wasn’t able to provide a closing disclosure. I had to call and retrieve my own information from the IRS, multiple bank inquiries from deposits I made in the past, and much more all last minute . To top all else off she took a week vacation the week before my closing and instead of passing my loan application and documents to someone else to insure it would be completed she chose not to causing several items to be pending for the underwriter to sign off . I don’t recommend Bonnie or Rockland trust for that matter because even when Bonnie was on vacation I reached out to her Manager Vincent and he did nothing. I think Vincent is worse than Bonnie is and that’s her superior! If her superior didn’t care why would an employee care , Rockland Trust has poor management and employees.

Bonnie is the best!!! Worked with her several years ago to refinance and new she was the one I needed for my new home purchase. She's knowledgeable, helpful and always available. If it wasn't for Bonnie I don't know that I would've been able to close on the house being sold and close within hours on my new home. Thank you Bonnie!
