Fariba Karbasi

Fariba works extremely hard for her clients!!! She makes sure you have everything you need in advance and works hard at trying to get you credits to help you out. She makes the process as stress free as possible. She is amazing!

My husband and I were completely dissatisfied with MSA and Fariba. We were very clear about our criteria and hurdles recently faced with other lenders. We also let Fariba know that we had a tight deadline to meet and that if she were unable to meet it (which was fine) we would move on to another lender. Fariba assured us that both our timeline and criteria were not a problem and that she would undoubtedly be able to provide us a loan with no hurdles or surprises. Two weeks before our schedule closing date, Fariba informed us that we needed to take other measures to complete the loan process, measures we stated in the beginning were impossible. We ended up having to work with our Redfin agent to quickly find a lender, who worked miracles and got our loan done in record timing. We feel that MSA and Fariba used dishonest tactics to secure our business and strongly recommend not using them.
