I am troubled to hear that you are unhappy with your loan closing. I do not believe there were any errors in completing the mortgage application. However, we may need to obtain updates if there are changes to relevant information from the initial application. My records indicate that the loan closed and funded on the date contracted. Our customers are afforded the opportunity to lock in their rate prior to closing, but can also opt out of locking in the initial rate at their discretion, in case market rates would decrease prior to closing.
