A little bit about Shannon
When the mortgage industry’s financial markets became clearly defined at the start of early 1980’s, it was a great challenge for the mortgagebrokers to establish the foundation into the market while almost all conventional mortgage loans were the domain of savings-and-loan associations (S&Ls), and the government mortgage loans were the domain of mortgage bankers (Lenders). Ever since, the business of the mortgage brokers grew astonishingly, and remarkably achieved their stance as the major player in the mortgage industry that eventually drove the US real estate market to its historical peak until the subprime crisis occurred between 2007 and 2010 as many of us still remember. The entire mortgage industry had to face the severe consequences as more than 80% of the mortgage companies were shut down that even FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) and FHLMC(Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) had to be placed under the government’s conservatorship sincethen.Fortunately enough, the mortgage industry has beenreformed with rules, regulations andunderwriting guidelines that are muchstricter than before by far under which we, real estate professionals are now conducting our businesses. Last two decades of my professional experience in the field built up directly crossing through that extremely volatile, restrictive and competitive periods, I find my pride where I am able to say today with no hesitance, “ If I Can’t Do it, No One Can !!!”, not just for the unmatched knowledge, experience, know-hows and long-term investor/lender relationships, but also for the leading rolls that I enthusiastically and willingly take to help close hard-earned executory contracts of the valued real estate brokers. I am widely known to specialize in bank turn-downs, lender declined, imperfect borrowers, and deadline chasing transactions, BUT I always offer Joyful Laughs to realtors by telling them, “ I can also do the easy loans, too !!! ” May you and your family be abundantly blessed in the love of God, by Grace of Jesus and through the guidance of Holy Spirit.
