The person we were originally working with on financing ghosted us on the day we were trying to put in an offer, despite the fact we were pre-qualified and had talked several times before. Justin was recommended by our real estate agent, and he was A-mazing. Took our call on a Sunday morning (without previously working with us), and turned around a pre-qualification letter customized for the property we were offering on within 90 minutes. He continued that level of service throughout the process, clearly explaining concepts and options, responding to our questions always within a reasonable time frame, and keeping us updated on the status of the loan throughout.

Working with Justin was awesome, he was able to answer all of the financial questions we had and get us a monthly rate that we felt comfortable with. I will be recommending him and Stratton Mortgage to my friends and family in the area.
