They had very competitive rates which brought us to them, and as we worked with them it was clear they were on top of everything, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. They built a rapport with us quickly, had a very user friendly portal, and gave us very clear instructions as we worked towards closing what they needed from us and what they would be sharing with us. As first time home buyers I can see how the mortgage process could be overwhelming for a lot of people but Leanne and her team kept in such strong communication that it never felt like too much. We got to closing without any delays thanks to their hard work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for that perfect mix of great rates and great customer service!

Leanne was awesome! From the first time we talked on the phone, she gave me helpful information and made me feel like I was in good hands. Both Leanne and Neil always responded to my emails/phone calls very quickly. There were several times that they went above the normal expectations of the job by staying late, making extra calls, and sending extra faxes, just to help me out. Not only were they so easy to work with, but they were always pleasant to talk with. We always found ourselves laughing, and to be quite honest, that should say a lot about an otherwise stressful process. I never felt overwhelmed, and I always felt like I had a team I could trust with them on my side. Would recommend Leanne and Neil to anyone looking to start this process.
