Nathan really earned this business. He kept us informed of everything that was going on, and kept us updated on what our next steps were. With his experience he knew what to anticipated from his underwriter and headed off any possible issues before they became an issue. Nathan made himself available 7 days a week to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Nathan was top notch.

He really did help us by getting us a great rate. For that we a grateful. The issue we had with Nathan is that he would tell us we were good and on track one day, then the very next morning he would cause panic by telling us if we didnt do something in the next few hours we werent going to be able to close. He would prep and plan with us when he wanted or needed us to provide documents, then come back and tell us we should have done something days ago when we were just following his instructions. He would request transactions or bank documents an hour before the bank closes, stating if we didnt hurry and get it to him that day we wouldnt be able to close. We were very disappointed and bothered by the lack of organization and chaos he created because of it. Other than this, we had an excellent experience with Redfin and all of their associates.
