I actually worked with Amanda Good from the Marre/Good Team from Green Mortgage Northwest. Amanda & Liz were great... they answered any question I had at lightning speed, and the loan process went off without a hitch.

I used Dakota Gale and he was great.

Dakota is friendly and tells you how it is. He gets you information quickly and turns around any requests within a short amount of time. His advice is appreciated and he certainly made the process for me and my family a positive one. Would certainly reccomend and use again in a heartbeat.

As a first-time home buyer, I went into this process with a little bit of naivety, a healthy dose of skepticism, and a metric ton of questions. The whole thing couldn't have gone smoother and that is 110% thanks to Dakota. My home purchase went through without even the slightest of hitches, Dakota explained everything thoroughly along the way, my every question was answered in detail (so promptly, it was as if he'd finished composing a response before I'd event hit Send), and docs were ready to sign a full week before closing. I do not have much experience in this domain, obviously, but I cannot imagine a higher level of service than that which Dakota provides. Even the realtors and escrow officer were all blown away (and totally outclassed) by his thoroughness and timeliness.

Dakota is diligent, organized, and down to earth. He works for you, and really goes above and beyond. He helped me get a sub-30 day closing through with no issues. I highly recommend him.

We just closed on a fantastic new home with Dakota's help. From the very beginning of the process to the very last minute he was extremely helpful, prompt in his responses, and a great communicator. He predicted areas where we might have problems and got all of the information ready up front to make sure there were no delays. Dakota was great to work with, and I recommend him very highly. The first time I called Dakota he took the time to ask me all the right questions. He clearly wanted to understand my whole situation. He then explained what my options were and how they would affect my loan, and he also took into account my rental property and discussed my options for that. Later that day he sent me a document comparing the alternatives I was most interested in. This made the initial decision quick and painless to make. Once I made the official decision on how I wanted to proceed Dakota was proactive in getting the rate lock, asking for information before it was needed, and making recommendations about how I should handle things. I did my best to make it complicated on him: he had to account for my rental property, a down payment gift, and a significant change in finances (due to selling 2 vehicles). Even with all of that, Dakota stayed on top of things and had the loan completed ahead of time. I honestly couldn't be more happy with Dakota's help on this loan. It was by far the easiest part of the home purchase, and I think that speaks volumes about Dakota's work.
