Under the guidance of David Gravely, we successfully received a loan and closed on our house. But it wasn't always pretty or stress free. In the last three or four days there was a scramble for information that could have been avoided if Aurora had begun the underwriting process sooner. It meant that I had to spend a day and a half off work making phone calls and sending emails. I don't place the blame of stress and lateness on David himself; he at least was always available and responsive to calls and emails.
