Ryan Maxwell knows what he is doing, is communicative, and does not try to put you in a situation you can't handle. I felt comfortable chatting with him about my goals, and he put together several strategies for how I could get there. During escrow he kept me updated, explained everything remarkably well, and facilitated everything moving through underwriting efficiently. I would absolutely recommend working with him.
