Good communication through out the whole process. The loan officiers was able to answer our questions without much delay. We did a 180 day rate lokcing that ended up with much higher rate than market rate at closing, Caliber gave us credit in the end and helped us lower that rate to near market rate, we are happy with that. The only concern is Caliber should explain that "float-down" rate has a lower bound to the customer clearly, especially to first time buyers who knows nothing about these terms.
