My experience with Lisa could be summed as follows : she runs a tight ship, and you want to be on that ship. In more detail, I recall that in our first meeting, she asked me to block off two hours on my calendar. Two hours? I thought to myself, there was no way I actually needed all that. We spent three. Lisa understands how vulnerable a person can be when looking for a lender. She spent the first three hours with me helping me understand exactly how my loan was going to be acquired, what influenced the rates of the loan, and how she and her team fit into the picture. Emails sent to Lisa of any subsequent questions may as well have been hand raises in a classroom - full of straightforward and simple responses, and usually within minutes. As she said within the first two minutes, there were no dumb questions. I greatly appreciated her candor responses and attitude towards the whole process, especially when it came to ensuring that I understood what I was getting into. When it came time to close, she and her team were ready way ahead of schedule, every step of the way. There's no amount of stressing the fact that she is someone you should definitely think about working with, because there is no doubt she made my life easier in this whole confusing, busy process of buying a home.
