Mark Denniston

Mark is incredible quick! If you need anything, he has an answer for you immediately. I loved working with Mark. I always knew he kept the ball rolling and there is no better feeling than that when you are buying a home.

Working with Mark was a mix of positive and negative experiences. Mark is very personable and responds to questions right away. We decided to work with Mark because we could get in touch with him easily and he did a good job of explaining things we didn't understand. On the front end, things went well. A couple of times, we were rushed to complete and submit paperwork that could have been taken care of earlier had we just received a timely request and explanation. The main frustration was that errors were made at closing, which caused us to put up more money than we had anticipated. Mark and the company did help to offset the extra funds a little, but it wasn't a good position to be in at closing.
